Simultaneous Bilateral Anterior Cruciate Ligament Revision Reconstruction

There are limited studies in the literature regarding reconstruction of bilateral anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries a single-stage setting. However, there have been no published describing simultaneous revision reconstructions previously reconstructed ACLs. We present case 37-year-old male who underwent previous both ACLs at an outside hospital and presented to our outpatient clinic with instability pain. Simultaneous ACL was performed use tibialis allografts. This report suggests that is safe procedure can provide good results for patient.
